Definitely not your usual lunch!
One large table, excellent food accompanied by our wine, a location with a carved wooden ceiling, and the presence of Francesco (the innkeeper) with Renato and Florinda (his family) create a warm, unique, and shared atmosphere.
The kitchen is "express": it offers typical dishes made exclusively from selected, local, and seasonal products.
N.B. Experience available for a minimum of 2 people and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What the experience includes:
It starts with a rich appetizer based on typical cured meats and cheeses accompanied by the younger and fresher Nebbiolos.
First and second courses will be accompanied by more structured Nebbiolos such as Valtellina Superiore and Riserve.
Lunch will conclude with a dessert and a walk through the Folini family's vineyards to work it all off!
