Equilibrio offers a specific program for pregnancy featuring exercises designed to alleviate the typical physiological discomforts of pregnancy, as well as emotional preparation for the expectant mother. The class is structured with exercises dedicated to breathing, pelvic floor strengthening, specific full-body exercises, cool-down, and relaxation.
Regarding the postpartum period, the focus will be on recovery with exercises dedicated to breathing, pelvic floor strengthening, and abdominal strengthening. During the class, the mother can bring her baby with her, working together and fostering the bond between mother and child.
N.B. This experience can be redeemed during the center's opening hours and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

THE FOUNDERS
In 2022, in Sondrio, Equilibrio SSD ARL was founded thanks to the experience of its founders: Chantal Giumelli and Cécile Niccolini.
Chantal is a certified instructor of: yoga, postural gymnastics, women's training, belly dancing and tribal fusion. (with specialization in pregnancy, postpartum and elderly)
A black belt in karate, she discovered belly dancing and its more modern forms in 2010 and fell in love with it.
She encountered yoga as a dancer and immediately began to deepen her knowledge of this discipline with a particular interest in anatomy, posture and movement dynamics.
Since 2014, she has become a teacher and started sharing her love for these disciplines.
Cécile is a qualified instructor of: yoga, circus arts, belly dancing and tribal fusion.
In the summer of 2009, at a music festival, she encountered juggling and flow arts and was immediately captivated.
In 2011, she discovered belly dancing and fusion belly dance and fell in love with fusion and tribal dances.
Thanks to dance, she encountered yoga and began studying this discipline, becoming passionate about Indian philosophy.
Since 2015, she has started teaching and spreading the disciplines she loves so much.
In addition to teaching, Chantal and Cécile perform in dance, flow arts, yoga and fire dance shows.
