In the heart of Valtellina, Paolo and Ale run a grocery store where they select the best local products.

In their 19th-century family cellar, "l'involt," they naturally and authentically age cheeses, cured meats, and wines.
With passion and dedication, they share the stories behind each product with customers, transforming the shop into a treasure trove of traditions and authentic flavors.

During the tasting, typical products selected from small local producers will be served directly by Paolo and Ale.
