The return and refund policy applies exclusively to merchandise and stipulates that, since all products are made to order, returns or exchanges due to size or color issues are generally not accepted.

However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of product delivery. To process these requests, we require photographic proof of the defect.

In the event of undelivered orders due to a courier error or an incorrect address, we offer the option to reship the item at no additional cost.
Furthermore, for orders not received within the estimated delivery time, a claim must be submitted within 30 days from the estimated delivery date to receive assistance.
