A journey into the art of movement with Equilibrio

Chantal and Cécile, Yoga and Fusion Belly Dance teachers, have nurtured their friendship through a shared passion for these disciplines. While Chantal comes from Martial Arts, Cécile has her roots in Flow Arts. Their encounter takes place in the world of dance, and from there they begin a training path with various teachers, ranging from Belly Dance to Fusion and Tribal Belly Dance.

Attracted by a deeper understanding of anatomy and posture, they also decide to train as Yoga and Ayurveda teachers. After years of dedication and study, they bring to life the project "Balance, Dance, Yoga, and Well-being".

Their goal is to promote and share these disciplines professionally and accurately, offering differentiated proposals to meet various needs. 

Some of these offerings are available on our website: 

• Belly dance,  a dance suitable for everyone, of any age, and with any level of fitness and body type. It's a complete full-body workout that improves posture while helping you rediscover your femininity;
• Postural exercises, a set of exercises aimed at restoring muscle balance, working on breathing, joint mobilization, core strengthening, and back focus;
• Juggling for adults or children, a soothing, methodical, and organizational activity for the brain. It calms, focuses, and slows down the brain to look at and concentrate on small details and movements, improving a person's thought process.
• Yoga, it alleviates stress, anxiety, and agitation, improving psychophysical well-being. It is not only introspection and stillness but also dynamic exercise that helps increase bodily and mental strength and flexibility;
• Yoga during pregnancy and postpartum, a specific program for pregnancy characterized by exercises designed to alleviate typical physiological discomforts. For postpartum, the focus will be on recovery with exercises dedicated to breathing, pelvic floor, and abdominal strengthening.
